资源简介:
Aquatic environments comprise a large part of the ecosystems, and host various opportunistic pathogens and ARGs. Recently, ARGs and pathogens in aquatic environment have become emerging popular pollutants, posing a serious threat to human and ecological health. For instance, in both sediment and water of Lake Geneva, we found obvious enrichment in resistomes and opportunistic pathogens. However, sediment is the main reservoir for nutrients, while flowing water carries abundant abiotic and biotic factors. Therefore, exploring the ARG communities under cadaverine and putrescine aquatic environments helps to make clear ARG dissemination. In this study, we chose the Yellow River ecosystem to reveal the resistomes in aquatic environment. We carried out the indoor pollution exposure experiments in water and sediment to describe the ARG communities and the bacterial communities, and to explore the primary influencing factors in ARG dissemination through high-throughput quantitative PCR and 16S high-throughput sequencing techniques. We hypothesized cadaverine and putrescine increased the ARG diversity and abundance, and promoted the ARG dissemination in water and sediment, respectively. Analyzing ARGs related to cadaver and putrescine will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of ARG dissemination and distribution during corpse decay in water and sediment.
