Island of Oahu: City and County of Honolulu, April 2025 Islands of Molokai, Lanai, Maui: Pacific Disaster Center (PDC), 2013. Island of Kauai: County of Kauai, March 2025. Boundaries are based on peer review of the inundation models provided by UH Researchers and the operational needs of Honolulu's First Responders and the Emergency Management Community. Note: November 2025 - Corrections to Hawaii Island Zones were provided by Hawaii County and applied to layer.
