资源简介:
Files include the data presented in the manuscript entitled: "Mechanical and Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy Investigations of Ultrathin Membranes Based on MoS2 and MoSe2" by Piejko et al. (https://doi.org/10.1002/pssb.202300352)Fig. 1 presents deflection data for MoS2, MoSSe and MoSe2 with a defined force of 7, 10, 13 and 17 nN. Data was calculated using OriginLab software.Fig. 2 presents the F-z characteristics and calculated Young's modulus for MoS2. The parameters used for the calculation were membrane thickness (h), deformation (z) and radius (a), Poisson's ratio (v), membrane tension (S) and material parameter (q). Data was calculated using OriginLab software.Fig. 3, 4, 5 presents the F-z characteristics and calculated Young's modulus for MoSSe. The parameters used for the calculation were membrane thickness (h), deformation (z) and radius (a), Poisson's ratio (v), membrane tension (S) and material parameter (q). Data was calculated using OriginLab software.Fig. 6, 7, 8 presents the F-z characteristics and calculated Young's modulus for MoSe2. The parameters used for the calculation were membrane thickness (h), deformation (z) and radius (a), Poisson's ratio (v), membrane tension (S) and material parameter (q). Data was calculated using OriginLab software.Fig. 9 presents KPFM results for MoS2. Data was calculated using Gwyddion software.Fig. 10 and 11 presents KPFM results for MoSSe. Data was calculated using Gwyddion software.Fig 12, 13, 14 presents KPFM results for MoSe2. Data was calculated using Gwyddion software.
