AOPedex core model reproduction and supporting source data

Reproduction package for the AOPedex: finalized numerical inputs, one training and ablation entry point, and the archived starting data behind them. data/ holds frozen features, endpoint labels, outer folds and cross-fitted structural predictions; reference/ holds archived outputs for numerical comparison; source_data/ holds redistributable starting data with source and version records. Create the supplied Conda environment, run python reproduce.py verify and python reproduce.py selftest, then run any analysis documented in README.md. Fits write Parquet files and are reused unless --overwrite is given; the summary commands write CSV. Checksums in MANIFEST.sha256 cover every released file except the manifest itself.
