Exome capture of 16 species/strains spanning the phylogenetic diversity of Mus.. Mus

This study consists of two exome sequencing efforts spanning 16 species or strains of Mus. Capture probes target exons and nearby flanking regions. Useful for phylogenomic and molecular evolutionary analyses in this system. Specifically, used to resolve a phylogeny as a framework for future studies and discern patterns of introgression and selection among these species.
