Transmission electron micrograph of a representative sertraline-treated swa2 mutant cell. SWA2 encodes the yeast homolog of auxilin, which is a co-chaperone that regulates clathrin assembly and disassembly. The vacuolar fragmentation phenotype is reversed by sertraline treatment.
