Data analysis spreadsheet reports of "The genetic relationship between feed efficiency and host resistance to parasites: insights from experimental infections in ewe lambs from divergent lines"

IMPORTANT: Please download original files with extension .xlsx to get the multiple sheets. Only the first sheet is available in the .tab files. Detailed results of linear-mixed models applied to several traits measured in two similar experiments of articifial infection of ewe lambs with the parasite Haemonchus contortus. Supplementary_material_DataS1.xlsx includes ewe lambs from lines divergently selected on residual feed intake. Supplementary_material_DataS2.xlsx includes ewe lambs from lines divergently selected on host resistance to parasites. In each file, results of linear-mixed models are reported in different sheets: - parameter estimates (sheets with suffix “_model”) - likelihood ratio tests of model terms (sheets with suffix “_test”) - adjusted means by week, line and treatment (sheets with suffix “_emmeans”) - contrasts of adjusted means (sheets with suffix “_contrasts”) - model diagnostic indicators (sheets with suffix “_diagnostics”)
