Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse primary airway cells from DNAAF5 mutants

DNAAF5 is an cilia assembly factor. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the changes in cells types and gene expression profile of mutant cells compared to WT littermates Tracheal cells were isolated and differentiated using Air-liquid phase conditions, and analyzed using scRNAseq.
