Algae Senate — Supplementary Data S3: KG+ pairs: ledger, construction records and open-triad re-enumeration

Supplementary Data S3 (Related to Figures 1 and 2): the KG+ pairs. The frozen ledger of the 29,289 KG+ pairs with their endpoints, routes, objectives, bridge witnesses and typed database-annotation paths; the construction records of the KG+ integration, including the database-annotation inventory with KEGG's own text withheld under KEGG's license; the tables drawn in Figure 2A-C; and the re-enumeration of open triads at bridge mass M >= 2 with the exact reproduction of the production pair set at M >= 4. On 30 October 2026 the main figures after Figure 1 moved up one number and the summary of the 16 transcript programs became Figure 7; this version gives the figure numbers of the published paper in its README files. Supplement to "The Algae Senate: a knowledge-graph-augmented AI co-scientist". Records are model-derived or deterministic processing outputs. Files available from their original sources are given by location rather than redistributed, programs are in Code S1 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.22975323, all versions), and no publisher-licensed full text or abstract is redistributed.
