ROCKE-3D v2

ROCKE-3D v2 data used in the paper and/or are usefult for a repeat or further analysis. Files are:

modelE2_planet_2.0.tar.gz: The model code. This is identical to the code provided in the official model snapshots website (https://simplex.giss.nasa.gov/snapshots/) under "version 2.0 of ROCKE-3D model".

rundecks.tar.gz: all rundecks that have been used for the simulations in the paper. Note that not all are balanced. See the paper for a detailed description on what that means.

rsf.tar.gz:restart files that can be used for exact continuations or initial conditions for other runs.

topographies.tar.gz: files required in the rundeck for the non-Earth topographies described in the paper.

All other tar.gz files: equilibrated climatologies (20 years for prescribed ocean simulations, 100 years for Q-flux or dynamic ocean ones) and global mean time series from initial conditions to the end of the equilibrated period. These data contain nearly the full atmospheric output of each model simulation, a fraction of which was used in the paper.
