AMR code

The present code is a small self-sufficient program for the AMR simulation presented in the paper "A multigrid AMR algorithm for the study of magnetic reconnection"

It is just one long script with inclusions, starting from struct.c and ending with mhd.c or arb2plot.c, so

struct.c C opert.c C derive.c C wav.c C multigrid1.c C mhd.c

struct.c C opert.c C derive.c C wav.c C multigrid1.c C arb2plot.c

To compile it with Linux, type "gcc -fopenmp -o mhd mhd.c -lm" in the folder where the files are

"./mhd" or "./mhd >out.txt&" to execute

The parameters may be changed at the beginning of the "mhd.c" program
