DKC1 pseudouridylation of rRNA targets hnRNP A1 to sustain IRES-dependent translation and ATF4-driven amino acid metabolism

RNA pseudouridylation is catalyzed by the family of pseudouridine synthases which are RNA dependent and RNA independent. DKC1 is an RNA dependent pseudouridylation enzyme. Here we performed a comparitive transcriptomic analysis of thedifferential gene expression levels comparing between Control and DKC1 inhibition or knockdown in BE(2)-C neuroblastoma cell line.
