The Devon Rex is often called the “alien” or “pixie” cat due to its odd-shaped head, elfin face, and extremely large ears set low on its head. It is a short-haired cat with a fragile coat of curly hair and curled whiskers: the result of a mutation similar to that of the Cornish Rex.
