Evolutionary engineering and analysis of a caffeine-resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain at genomic and transcriptomic level

The aim of this study was to develop caffeine resistant Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutants by using evolutionary engineering and to characterize the selected mutants at phenotypic, genomic and transcriptomic levels.
