Processed data and code for AMF measurements across tobacco cultivar field trials

This restricted-access dataset accompanies the study 'AMF community composition, root occupation, and plant performance show different patterns across tobacco cultivar field trials.' The deposit contains processed data, sequencing-provider deliverables, analysis code, and machine-readable outputs for 120 field plots and 240 sequencing libraries. Raw FASTQ reads are associated with NCBI BioProject PRJNA1483973. Processed data and metadata are licensed under CC BY 4.0, and analysis code is licensed under the MIT License. Files remain restricted during peer review; access is provided through a private reviewer link, and other requests are reviewed by the record owner and responsible project team.
