Data from: A Soil Moisture Monitoring Network to Assess Controls on Runoff Generation During Atmospheric River Events. In Center for Western Weather and Water Extremes (CW3E) Surface Meteorological Observational Dataset

This is a data and information repository for "A Soil Moisture Monitoring Network to Assess Controls on Runoff Generation During Atmospheric River Events" published in Hydrological Processes by Sumargo et al. (2020). Data used in analyses and included in this collection were contributed by the Center for Western Weather and Water Extremes (CW3E). Additional data used in the publication’s analyses were provided by the NOAA Hydrometeorology Testbed (HMT). The HMT data is not included in this collection.

This dataset consists of four components: (1) Precipitation and Soil Moisture Data, (2) Processed Stream Data, (3) Stream Rating Curves, and (4) Raw Stream Data. Each component is made up of multiple files, including a README for technical details beyond what is described here.
