This study aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in the kidneys of C57 mice exposed to hypobaric hypoxia, a condition mimicking high-altitude environments, and to assess the therapeutic potential of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in mitigating hypoxia-induced renal injury. By comparing the gene expression profiles of untreated and MSC-treated mice, the study seeks to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying renal adaptation to low oxygen conditions and the regenerative effects of MSC intervention. This research is significant for understanding the pathophysiology of hypoxia-related kidney damage and exploring innovative cell-based therapies for kidney diseases.
