A Modular SpaDES Framework for Simulating Anthropogenic Disturbance Dynamics (Example Outputs)

Outputs of the example of the software note "Simulating Anthropogenic Disturbance in SpaDES" (version 1.2.1): simulated seismic-line disturbance from 2011 to 2051 in a Northern and a Southern study area of the Northwest Territories (Canada), 20 stochastic replicates per area, no fire layer. Includes Figure 2, its statistics and the R session information. Produced with the demo workflow https://github.com/tati-micheletti/anthropogenicDisturbance_Demo (release v1.2.1, runMe.R with default settings). Every replicate is seeded: rerunning one reproduces the simulated lines exactly.
