Isolation of benzene series degrading bacterium and its degradation characteristics

Using benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene, which are representative of benzene series, the benzene high-efficiency degrading bacteria were obtained by domestication and screening, and their growth conditions and degradation characteristics of benzene were optimized, and the growth of microorganisms and benzene degradation were promoted by adding surfactants, so as to provide basic data and reference materials for bioaugmentation and in-situ remediation.
