Determination of lusutrombopag in rat plasma by UPLC-MS/MS and its pharmacokinetics application

A selective and sensitive method for determination of lusutrombopag in rat plasma with poziotinib as internal standard (IS) was developed by UPLC-MS/MS. Protein precipitation by acetonitrile was used to prepare samples. After a series of method validations, the proposed method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of lusutrombopag after oral administration to rats.
