This data is for the in-situ monitoring of molten pool characteristics during LPBF preparation of high copper alloys by a high-speed imaging system. Multiple pre-fabricated contour track strategy significantly reduces molten pool fluctuations and even eliminates droplet column surges.It will have a positive effect on the side surfaces of the specimens.
