Further details regarding methodology can be found in the paper and its supplementary materials.<br><b>Input:</b><br>bathymetry_loc4.nc =1994, 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016 bathymetries from Hydrographic Office of Royal Dutch Navy and grid along transect 4; vertical reference level is LAT:ZUNO_loc4.nc = ZUNO hydrodynamic output: U- and V-components of depth averaged velocity and water levels along transect 4;<br><b>Output:</b>Morfo_output_loc4.nc = modelled bed levels for 2016 (hindcast) along transect 4 obtained with the calibrated model;FoT_output_loc4.nc = flow over topography: modelled bed load (total, slope and advective parts) and suspended transports as a function of space and time in the area of interest.
