Proteomic and lipidomic data from C57 mouse cartilage tissue

This dataset contains tab-delimited proteomic and lipidomic data matrices generated from cartilage tissue of C57 mice. For each omics assay, two groups with three biological replicates per group were analyzed. Proteomics samples are labeled Group1-1 to Group1-3 and Group2-1 to Group2-3, while lipidomics samples are labeled 1_1 to 1_3 and 2_1 to 2_3. According to the sample submission metadata, differential comparisons use Group 1 as the experimental group/numerator and Group 2 as the control group/denominator. The deposited files are protein3v3.txt and Lipo3v3.txt.
