Summary
Here we provide the data for the article Fu, et al., 2026 'Statistics of natural scenes shape contextual modulation in the visual cortex'.
The data consists of 10 individual datasets (i.e. recording scans) of calcium activity of L2/3 neurons in mouse V1. All datasets were acquired using two-photon imaging of awake, head-fixed mice.
H5 files contain data used to train individual models in each experiments to predict center-surround interaction. Details of the H5 file structure can be found in the file H5_file_description.pdf.
