NASA 随机电池使用数据集(2014)是NASA PCoE(卓越预测中心)发布的第11号数据集,包含28个商用18650锂离子电池(锂钴氧化物LCO正极,标称容量约2.1Ah)。电池被分为7组,每组4个,其中5组在室温下循环,2组在40℃下循环。每组采用不同的随机游走(Random Walk)电流分布:均匀分布、右偏分布、左偏分布等,共7个子部分。循环协议为每5分钟更新一次电流设定点,每50个随机游走循环后进行一次脉冲负载表征循环(参考容量和EIS阻抗测量)。该数据集用于电池状态估计滤波器鲁棒性基准测试,特别适用于联合无迹卡尔曼滤波、扩展卡尔曼滤波、粒子滤波等算法。

NASA Randomized Battery Usage Data Set (2014), item #11 from the NASA PCoE Data Repository, consists of 28 commercial 18650 Li-ion cells (LCO cathodes, ~2.1 Ah nominal capacity) organized into seven groups of four cells each. Five groups cycled at room temperature, two at 40 °C. Each group uses a distinct Random Walk current profile (uniform, right-skewed, left-skewed) with current setpoint updated every 5 minutes, and pulsed-load characterization cycles every 50 RW cycles. Authored by B. Bole, C. Kulkarni, and M. Daigle at NASA Ames Research Center, recorded in 2014. It is a benchmark for state-estimation filter robustness.
