This dataset is named 'The First French COVID19 Lockdown Twitter Dataset', which was created by IAE Amiens, Université de Picardie, and other institutions. It was continuously collected from March 17 to May 11, 2020, yielding a total of 2,474,086 tweets primarily in French. The data was publicly gathered via the Twitter REST API using the hashtag #ConfinementJourXx as the search keyword. During the dataset curation process, data processing and annotation were carried out using high-performance computing resources and multiple sentiment analysis tools.
