We report the high-throughput profiling of INO80 knockdown by siRNA in human kidney-2 cells (HK-2). We found that downstream target genes of INO80. This study provides novel insights into the chromatin remodeling factors regulated by INO80 in renal epithelial cells. Overall design: We exposed HK-2 cells with control siRNA and INO80 siRNA for 48 hours. We collected mRNA of each samples and performed RNA-seq. Each condition is triplicate (N=3).The mRNA were analyzed by NGS.
