We performed siRNA-mediated knockdown of Rab35 GTPase in primary mouse hepatoblasts during their differentiation into hepatocytes and analyzed changes in gene expression profiles in cells treated with Rab35 or control (Luciferase) siRNA at the final day of the culture. Dlk1+ hepatoblasts were isolated from mouse E13.5 embryonic livers. Cells were reverse transfected with control and Rab35-targeting siRNAs (10 nM) and cultured till day 5, then total RNA was extracted. The RNA samples were prepared from 3 independent Dlk1+ hepatoblasts’s isolations for bulk RNA-sequencing.
