Exon-targeted sequencing of Amanita jacksonii populations

This project seeks to provide insight into the delimitation of species and/or the population structure of Amanita jacksonii. An iconic ectomycorrhizal fungus with a seemingly wide distribution range. It leverages previous genomic work on this species and combines new approaches to explore the genome of this fungus across it's distribution range from Canada to Central America.
