arrayMap - Genomic Array Data for Cancer CNV Profiles

Part of the Progenetix project, the arrayMap database facilitates the study of the genetics of human cancer. The Progenetix project provides the data customisation and visualization tools to mine the available data. The arrayMap database is developed by the group "Theoretical Cytogenetics and Oncogenomics" at the Department of Molecular Life Sciences of the University of Zurich.
