ATAC-seq was performed to investigate changes in chromatin accessibility in repsonse to HIF stabilisation via VH298 Overall design: HIF 1/2-a stabilisation was induced independent of dioxygenase inhibition by treating HeLa cells with 100 µM VH298 for 24 hs. DMSO treated cells were used as control. ATAC-seq was used to determine chromatin accessibility changes.
