Data and Software Used for publication: "Characterizing Martian Primary Crustal Compositions with Gamma Ray Spectroscopy"

This repository contains the datasets and code used for the creation of figures and results assosiated with the publication of the project titled "Characterizing Martian Primary Crustal Compositions with Gamma Ray Spectroscopy". There are thre specific files associated with this repository. abmapfinal.ipynb: is a jupyter notebook based on Python 3.8 with all of the analysis conducted in this work and production of results and figures (see manuscript for more details). ROI.zip: is a zip file containing the georeferenced shapefiles produced from the machine learning framework on the project (see manuscript for more details). petrological results.zip: a zip file containing the results for Running PRIMARSMELT with the oxides produced from the analysis in this work there are 32 separate files ran for 4 different crustal compositions for Mars (see manuscript for more details).
