Bacterial community assembly between soybean rhizosphere and endosphere

This dataset consists of the processing of the microbial 16S rDNA sequencing data of our study, and this dataset includes the processed OTU table, the RStudio code used for visualization, and the resulting tables and images. The analysis of this dataset provides supplementary evidence for the two-step selection model that is a widely accepted explanation of the mechanism of root-associated microbial community construction. With this dataset, we provide a reference for others to learn the process of analyzing microbial 16S rDNA data.
