MiRNA expression in colon and liver tissues of gnotobiotatic mice tranplanted with gut microbiota from a Prader-Willi syndrome patient before and after dietary intervention was profiled by high-throughput sequencing technology. Compared miRNA expression between two groups of mice to explore how a dysbiotic gut microbiota influence host miRNA exprssion, then contribute to host obese-assocoated phenotype.
