NLRP3 Amplifies Inflammatory Signaling in Acute Lung Injury Induced by Cell Wall Extract of Gram-positive Bacteria

Transcriptomic analysis suggested that LCWE and LPS both induce Toll/NF-kB and TNF signalings in ALI, and LCWE additionally promotes T cell differentiation.We established a murine model of ALI-induced by LCWE. TLR2 receptors are activated by LCWE and transmitted through the MYD88 signaling pathway, activating NF-kappaB which leads to the production of IL1b and activation of TNFR and NLRP3 signaling pathways. Overall design: Mice were challenged with LCWE from lung. LPS was used as positive control. Lung tissues were collected for RNA preparation and RNA-seq analysis.
