资源简介:
This study employs transcriptomic profiling to delineate the functional role of the Legumain (Lgmn) gene in adipocyte differentiation. We performed RNA-seq on mouse primary adipocytes treated with 400 ng/mL recombinant Lgmn (+Lgmn) protein versus untreated controls at day 6 of adipogenic induction. The primary goal is to identify the downstream transcriptional networks, signaling pathways, and target genes regulated by Lgmn during adipogenesis. By comparing global gene expression changes, we aim to uncover the mechanism through which Lgmn influences critical processes such as lipid droplet formation, metabolic reprogramming, and adipocyte maturation. The resulting dataset is expected to provide crucial insights into Lgmn's specific function in adipose biology and its potential relevance to metabolic disease models.
