HTAN Data Portal 是面向癌症研究的人类肿瘤多维图谱数据平台，汇集不同癌种从癌前病变、原发肿瘤到转移和治疗耐药阶段的细胞、分子、形态及空间组织数据。平台提供单细胞测序、空间组学、基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和医学影像等多种类型的数据，并支持按肿瘤部位、研究中心、病例、样本及检测方法进行检索和下载，用于研究肿瘤发生、演进及治疗反应机制。

The HTAN Data Portal is a multidimensional atlas platform for human tumor data dedicated to cancer research. It aggregates data across various cancer types, spanning precancerous lesions, primary tumors, metastatic stages, and treatment-resistant phases, including cellular, molecular, morphological, and spatial tissue profiles. The platform provides diverse types of data such as single-cell sequencing, spatial omics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and medical imaging, and supports retrieval and download filtered by tumor site, research center, patient case, sample, and detection assay. It is designed for studying the mechanisms of tumor initiation, progression, and treatment response.
