The invention relates to a method for producing a lightweight board， in which to produce a pressed material mat that can be pressed into a partial plate， glued organic particles are arranged on a first press mold， the pressed material mat is pressed in a press to the partial plate with support structures on one side of the plate， and the support structures with a Material plate are connected. In order to propose a method for producing lightweight building boards with which partial boards with a support structure can be produced simply and inexpensively， it is provided that the first press mold comprises depressions for producing support structures on a surface of the partial board and a part of the particles in when the pressed material mat is produced the wells are introduced.
