Bacterial Genomes for IAA Synthesis Prediction
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains a comprehensive collection of bacterial genome sequences (.fna files) spanning five major phyla, sourced from NCBI Genome Datasets. The dataset was specifically compiled for the development of probabilistic frameworks for predicting IAA synthesis likelihood in bacteria. Dataset Contents: Total genomes: 15,377 bacterial genomes across 5 phyla Phyla included: Acidobacteria, Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria Positive validation set: Curated genomes from bacteria known to synthesize IAA Negative validation set: Curated genomes from bacteria low/no IAA synthesis potential File format: FASTA nucleotide sequences (.fna) Source: NCBI Genome Datasets File Structure Each file/directory contains: Individual genome folders organized by RefSeq ID (e.g., GCF_000014005.1) Genome sequence files in FASTA format (e.g., GCF_000014005.1_ASM1400v1_genomic.fna) Metadata files including: assembly_data_report.jsonl - Assembly metadata dataset_catalog.json - Dataset catalog information data_summary.tsv - Summary descriptions for each genome README.md - NCBI dataset documentation Archive Contents core_Acidobacteria.tar.gz (82.45 MB) - Acidobacteria genome collection core_Actinobacteria.tar.gz (5.71 GB) - Actinobacteria genome collection core_Bacteroidetes.tar.gz (2.62 GB) - Bacteroidetes genome collection core_Firmicutes.tar.gz (3.21 GB) - Firmicutes genome collection core_Proteobacteria.tar.gz (8.84 GB) - Proteobacteria genome collection positive_validation.tar.gz (2.15 GB) - Positive control genomes from bacteria with confirmed or predicted IAA synthesis capability. negative_validation.tar.gz (200.38 MB) - Bacillus amyloliquefaciens genomes serving as negative controls for low IAA synthesis potential
