This repository contains MATLAB code and data used in the paper: Fukuda, J., & Barbot, S. (2025). Ensemble Kalman inversion for spatially varying rheological parameters in a stress-driven model of postseismic deformation, submitted to Geophysical Journal International. This code reproduces the results in section 4.2 of the paper. The main script is “EnKI.m”. The code was tested on MATLAB R2023a.
