The canonical diplomatic French reader and master are now admitted through EGA II printed p.27. The independent standalone English EGA 0–IV source was rechecked sentence by sentence for the corresponding page; no source-grounded correction was necessary, so R195 is an exact 127-file identity successor and the 1,345-page English reader was correctly not rebuilt. French and English retain separate masters, sources, manifests, QA, and reversible ledgers; there is no bilingual, paired, parallel, side-by-side, interleaved, or combined reader. Printed p.27 completes the proof of Proposition 2.3.6, adds Corollaries 2.3.7–2.3.9, paragraph 2.3.10, Proposition 2.3.11 and its proof, and begins Corollary 2.3.12 through the printed page edge. The French reader is 161 pages; physical p.161 passed serialized visual QA after catching and repairing an omitted TeX command backslash before release. F26, F26a, B27F, E2P27, R195, and C29 preserve the admitted and rejected manifests, exact hashes, decisions, and inverses. The verified EGA I 3.3.1 arbitrary-category sum correction remains retained through REF5/R192. 03_INDEX.md remains non-reader semantic metadata. Canonical French EGA 0–IV remains incomplete; after this public closure the next direct-NUMDAM cursor is EGA II printed p.28, continuation of Corollary 2.3.12.
