This folder contains a **minimal reproducibility code package** intended to accompany the submission. It contains code to: - Reproduce the **DBSCAN-based SIA/TLS-like aggregate detection** from per-cell coordinates (eps/minPts explicit). - Reproduce **XGBoost Cox hyperparameter tuning via 5-fold CV** with an explicit search space export. - Optionally derive **aggregate, patient/specimen-level features** from the provided per-cell file (`TMA-3 CT merged_file.csv`) without exposing individual-level raw records in outputs.
