This dataset consists of gross N2O emission, gross N2O uptake, net N2O flux, soil respiration, soil temperature, water-filled pore space, bulk density, mineral N, microbial biomass, biodegradable organic carbon, denitrification gene abundance (nirK, nirS, nosZI, and nosZII), and total bacterial and fungal biomass over four times in a year and at two depths (0-5 cm, and 40-60 cm).
