Reproducibility and resubmission package for the BMC Bioinformatics software article on rsx. This version pins rsx_bmc_repro commit 98d52c5d8a75a568ec210844f0acf1f1beff0faf and rsx-rs commit b3ebcf26454cf9142e0ad25e15ad8aa92b0b38c8 (software version 0.2.6); the paper source inventory records commit 28cbcba4039f6074e8c29e47331ae7e7f9b08fb0. The unchanged 35.15 GB literature archive contains the four-panel RAD-seq benchmark inputs and run tree, accompanied by its checksum and file-level manifest. The updated reproducibility archive contains the Rana berlandieri Stacks analysis, method-native SEX-DETector++ and findZX inputs and outputs, configurable fixed and Beta-integrated posterior-family sensitivity results, strict Pydantic v2 profiles and checked JSON Schema, hydrated TOML and pre-run reproducibility-archive support, CUDA CPU/GPU parity and timing results from NVIDIA A100 and RTX 5070 systems, final Rust/Python/R verification logs, result tables, figures, provenance, and replay workflows. The resubmission bundle also contains the paper source snapshot, rsx-rs source archive, exact external input archives, manuscript, reviewer response, reviewer-marked PDF, cover letter, graphical abstract, BMC submission archive, and arXiv source archive. Deposit-level and payload-level SHA256 manifests identify the verifiable components.
