Discovery of Frenolicin B as Potential Agrochemical Fungicides for Controlling Fusarium Head Blight on Wheat

Purpose: To explore the mechanism of Frenolicin B could control the Fusarium Head Blight on Wheat. Methods: Fusarium graminearum were inoculated into PDB broth and cultivated 36 hours. After that, Frenolicin B was added in the broth of Fusarium graminearum, and the same volumes of methanol were served as the control. Then incubated together 6 hours. Overall design: mRNA of Fusarium graminearum mycelia incubated together with Frenolicin B (Y1, Y2, Y2) or the same volumes of methanol (ck1, ck2, ck3), three biological replicates, using Illunima NovaSeq 6000.
