Reproducibility archive for: a senescence-associated secretory programme marks anti-TNF non-response in Crohn's disease mucosa and is not specific to Crohn's fistulas
收藏资源简介:
Analysis code, locked gene sets, all 84 result tables, figure files and the pre-specification record for a reanalysis of five public cohorts on cellular senescence in Crohn's disease. The manuscript reports that a senescence-associated secretory programme measured in colonic mucosa before treatment is higher in patients who later fail infliximab, independently of the global inflammatory burden, and that in fistula tissue the same programme marks the inflamed fistula rather than the Crohn's diagnosis. No new data were generated. Cohorts: GSE215067, GSE225199, GSE277387 and GSE16879 (GEO), the fistula-tract bulk series at Zenodo record 20557956, and a LINCS L1000 query through the Enrichr API. Code is organised in execution order; README.md gives the software versions and the document build chain.
