<b>Genotypic Data (SNPs) for Sorghum Mini Core Collection and Senegalese Accessions</b>

This dataset contains the combined Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) genotypes for the Sorghum Mini Core collection (242 accessions) and Senegalese accessions (163 accessions). The data was generated using Genotyping-by-Sequencing (GBS). This combined dataset serves as the source genotypic data for Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) regarding resistance to multiple fungal diseases, including Anthracnose, Head Smut, and Downy Mildew.
