NRS-828 | Accounts of rents due from purchasers and lessees of Church lands

Originally entitled "Sales of Land and Leases for 7 years ... extracted from Mr Fisher's Book", this is a record of arrears of instalments on lands sold, and of rent of lands leased, by the Clergy and School Lands Corporation and subsequent authorities. It was compiled partly from the accounts of the first Agent, Mr H. Fisher; but, since some of the transactions recorded are subsequent to Fisher's "retirement" (1837) other sources must have been used. The compilation was probably begun in 1839 or 1840.
