Raw data and reproducible analyses for Impact of the amount of milk replacer offers to Holstein dairy heifers on pre- and post-weaning growth

Three different groups of files are present in this repository: 1) the raw data 2) the code to reproduce the analyses, and 3) the output from the reproducible analysis and tables presented in the paper.<br>

<b>1) raw data :</b><br>
data.all.RData and data.all.xlsx : All data for all the calves in the project in RData and Excel format.<br>
data.7500.RData and data.7500.xlsx : Data for the calves in the MinIntake analysis in the project in RData and Excel format.<br>
data.colname.definitions.xlsx : Definition of the columns present in files data.all and data.7500.<br>

<b>2) the code :</b><br>
adlib_recan_analysis.Rmd : This is the R markdown file to run (e.g. in R studio) to reproduce all the analysis of the paper.<br>
analysis.R : The script generating Table 1 and Table 2 of the paper.<br>

<b>3) the output from the code:</b><br>
adlib_recan_analysis.html : The R markdown output in html format.<br>
table1.xls : Table 1 presented in the paper.<br>
table2.xls : Table 2 presented in the paper.<br>
