资源简介:
This record describes the End of Voyage (EOV) data archive from the Marine National Facility (MNF) RV Investigator voyage IN2021_T01, titled "Transit: Brisbane to Darwin". The voyage took place from Brisbane (QLD) to Darwin (NT) between June 10th (AEST) and June 23rd (ACST), 2021.\n\nThere were seven projects on this voyage: \n• Microplastics in the food chain: impact on the microbial and planktonic organisms;\n• Linking the Biological Carbon Pump flux to microbial colonisation of sinking particles in the Southern Ocean in the Coral Sea;\n• Dinoflagellates & broader planktonic assemblage observation;\n• BGC-Argo Float Deployment; \n• Cosmic Ray Measurements;\n• Carbon Sampling; and \n• Flow cytometric classification of the phytoplankton community across Australia’s top end\n\nFor further information please refer to the voyage documentation links.\n\nInstruments used and data collected include:\nRegular measurements:\nLowered ADCP (LADCP), Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP; 75, 150 KHz ), Greenhouse Gas Analysers (Picarro), Cloud Condensation Nuclei counter (CCN), Condensation Particle Counters (CPC), Disdrometer, Radon Sensor, Scanning Mobility Particle Sizers (SMPS), CTD, Hydrochemistry, Fisheries Echosounder (EK60, EK80), Multibeam Echosounder (EM710, EM122), Sub-bottom Profiler (SBP120), GPS Positioning System, Thermosalinographs (TSG), Fluorometer, Oxygen optode, Infrared Sea Surface Temperature Autonomous Radiometer (ISAR), pCO2, Gravimeter, Multiangle Absorption Photometer (MAAP), Ozone Sensor,Nephelometer, Atmospheric Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Wind and Rain sensors, Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) sensor, Precision Infrared Radiometer (PIR), Precision Spectral Pyranometer (PSP), Starboard and Portside Radiometers, Air Sampler, Weather Radar.\n\nVoyage-specific measurements:\n\nCosmic Ray Detector, \nUnderwater Bioluminescence Assessment Tool (UBAT), Multiple Plankton Sampler (HydroBIOS Multinet).\n\nThe archive for the IN2021_T01 EOV raw data is curated by the CSIRO National Collections and Marine Infrastructure (NCMI) Information and Data Centre (IDC) in Hobart, with a permanent archive at the CSIRO Data Access Portal (DAP, https://data.csiro.au/dap/), providing access to voyage participants and processors of the data collected on the voyage.\n\nAll voyage documentation is available electronically to MNF support via the local network. Access to voyage documentation for non-CSIRO participants can be made via NCMI_DataLibrarians@csiro.au.\nLineage: Original field data. The raw EOV data archive was transferred to the CSIRO NCMI Information and Data Centre in Hobart. \n\nA manifest file for the final archive was generated (in2021_t01_rawVoyage_manifest_1.0_cs.txt, 16/09/2021). Stored Volume: 762 folders, 51207 files, 909307699431 bytes.\n\nAvailable paper documents are scanned to 400 dpi PDF and stored at the IDC record storage system. ELOG files are generated as csv-formatted files and archived.
